Fantech radon fan return / refund policy:
- The Fantech radon fan comes with a 5 year warranty from date of manufacture time. If the fan fails within the first 5 years, you can send us a clear picture of the label (with model number, date of manufacture, and serial number) and a picture of the fan wires cut and we will get a replacement fan sent right away.
- The PressureTech fan up to the Pt8 comes with a 2 year warranty as well. The process with the PressureTech radon fan is we will send you a shipping label to ship the entire fan back to us at Wholesale Radon and we will also ship you out a new fan to replace your failed fan.
- The PressureTech radon fan from Pt8-Pt25 comes with a 2 year warranty and the process is the same as the other PressureTech fan replacement process.
